If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Agency), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies only to your first-time subscription.
Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request must be submitted via email to support@pocketmysite.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- You must provide the email address associated with the account and a brief reason for the request to help us improve our service.
3. The "Build" Condition
Technical Issues: If you are unable to generate a working build due to a technical error on our platform, we will provide a full refund even if the 7-day window has passed, provided we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Successful Builds: If you have successfully generated your builds and published your app to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we reserve the right to deny a refund request, as the primary service has been fully delivered.
4. Effect of Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your paid subscription will be immediately terminated.
- You will lose access to push notification services and new app builds.
- Any apps currently live will show a "Project Unavailable" notification to your end-users upon launch, as the active subscription is required for app availability.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
