Service Delivery: Your information is used to generate Flutter-native application builds and maintain your project dashboard.
Push Notifications: We use account data to facilitate the sending of unlimited push notifications to your Android app users.
App Store Integration: We use uploaded assets to automate the publishing process to platforms like TestFlight without requiring a Mac.
Real-Time Simulation: Project URLs are processed by the Expo Snack SDK to provide you with a real-time preview of your application.
3. End-User Privacy & Hardware Access
Your generated apps may request access to GPS, Camera, Microphone, and Device Storage to function as intended.
PocketMySite acts as a technical processor only; we do not collect, store, or monitor any personal data from your end-users gathered through these hardware permissions.
As the app owner, you are responsible for maintaining a separate privacy policy for your end-users regarding how your website and app handle their data.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Build Infrastructure: Your project files are temporarily shared with our cloud build servers to generate your mobile application files (APK, AAB, IPA).
Payment Processors: Necessary transaction data is shared with Stripe or PayPal to manage your subscription.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account and sensitive developer keys. Your uploaded keys are used strictly for the automated signing process and are not shared with unauthorized parties.
