PocketMySite is not responsible for any financial loss or project delays resulting from an app rejection based on your website's content or business model.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Continuous availability of your mobile application is dependent on an active subscription.
If your subscription is not renewed, you will lose the ability to generate new builds or send push notifications.
Upon subscription expiration, end-users of your application will receive a notification during launch stating the project is not available.
PocketMySite relies on third-party integrations, including Expo Snack SDK for previews and cloud-based build engines for file generation.
We are not liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by these third-party providers or by your payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).
A "Build" is strictly defined as the generation of installable files; new builds are only required for specific changes like app icons, splash screens, or permission settings.
Real-time updates to your website content do not require a new build, but your website must remain online and functional for the app to work.
You are solely responsible for the content of the website you convert into a mobile app.
You must ensure you have the legal right to convert the website URL provided and that the content complies with all local and international laws.
