1. Definitions and Services
Service: PocketMySite provides a SaaS platform that converts existing websites into native mobile applications for iOS and Android using a Flutter-based engine.
"Build": A build is defined as the generation of installable files (APK, AAB, IPA). A build is strictly required for changes to the app launch icon, screen saver (splash screen), localization data, or application permission settings.
Real-Time Updates: Changes to your website's content (text, images, products) are updated in the application in real time and do not count as a new build.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan as displayed on our pricing page.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
Discounts: Annual plans include a "Comparative Discount Rate" which represents savings over the monthly rate but does not alter the final annual price set in the system.
- Free: $0 (0 Builds, unlimited design/preview).
- Starter: $29/mo or $285/yr (3 builds).
- Professional: $59/mo or $570/yr (15 builds).
- Agency: $99/mo or $950/yr (Unlimited builds).
3. Use of Service & Restrictions
No Mac Required: PocketMySite facilitates iOS builds and TestFlight publishing without requiring you to own Apple hardware.
App Signing: We provide automated app signing services; however, you must provide valid developer keys to utilize this feature.
Push Notifications: Unlimited push notifications for Android are included in all paid plans.
Prohibited Content: You may not use the service for websites containing illegal material, hate speech, or defamatory content.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Property: PocketMySite retains all rights to the software, templates, and navigation icons provided.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the website being converted. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content within the generated mobile applications.
5. Termination and App Availability
Non-Renewal: If a subscription is not renewed, you lose the ability to create new builds or send push notifications.
Service Notice: In the event of an expired subscription, users of your app will receive a notification upon launch stating that the project is currently not available.
Account Deletion: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
Store Acceptance: While we provide the tools for publishing, PocketMySite does not guarantee acceptance by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as this is subject to their independent review processes.
"As Is": The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or specific performance metrics.
